1.) Contact us via email or by phone and give us basic information and details about your situation and if you have a facility in mind for assisted living in the Phoenix Metro area.
B. We will schedule an in-home appointment to meet with a client and their family. (This gives the clients a chance to get to know our staff and ask specific questions about what their options are and what to expect throughout the placement process).
C. We will schedule a timely on-site facility assessment (This option not only gives us the chance to know the client better but also provides access to medical records as well as the attending medical provider, social worker and/or case manager).
3.) About Seniors will research facilities for assisted living in Phoenix and surrounding areas and find suitable options based on the client’s level of care, financial situation and geographic preferences determined during the assessment.
4.) About Seniors will schedule and arrange a FREE guided tour of the various facilities OR the client may choose to see the options on their own.
5.) Once a facility has been chosen, About Seniors will assist in finalizing and coordinating placement with all parties involved.
